What is Leo Product Search Module?

Leo Product Search Module lets users search for specific content in the site. Leo Product Search Module allows you to search by Categories to narrow the searching range or in case you can not remember exactly the product's name. Therefore, Leo Product Search Module saves you a lot of time. Or you can also search by word. The result will show all the items that include your key word. What you need to do is just to give a click. For each received result, users can add more feature of the item to find out the product that they want to find. Download and Install

Currently, the modules are only included in the pretashop theme that support the module by default. So you have to download the theme package then the modules will be there for you to use.

Install

Go to your Back office Modules > Module Manager

You can install the module as any other pretashop module. If you are new to prestashop, you can check How To Install Prestashop Module Video Tutorial

Configuration management of module

Setting

After installing the module, the label outside of Front End your site receives default values that we set up earlier. But It not suitable to the content of your site. Do not worry, you can change them easily. To do this go to the configuration of the module. Go to your Back office Modules > Module Manager > Leo Product Search Module

Meaning of parameters

Yes/No: To Enable or Disable function of Leo Product Search module for each checkboxes on site

• Enable Leo Product Search : Enable or Disable this function to show or not to show leo product search
• Enable Ajax Search : Enable or Disable this function to show or not to show ajax search
• Number product display with AJAX Search: Set the number product display with AJAX Search, default is 100
• Enable Search By Category : Enable or Disable this function to show or not to show search by category
• Enable Search suggest : Enable or Disable this function to show or not to show search suggest
• Enable count products Category : Enable or Disable this function to show or not to show count products Category
• Maximum Depth Of Category : Set the maximum depth of category sublevels displayed in this block (0 = infinite).
• Show Product Image : Enable or Disable this function to show or not to show product images in searching result
• Show Product Price : Enable or Disable this function to show or not to show product price in searching result
