Prestashop 1.7 is almost ready

As you know, the Prestashop community is preparing for the latest version Prestashop 1.7. It is almost ready for releasing. We had read many topics about the changes of this version from PS community as founders, developers and shop owners. As a Prestashop theme provider, we also face with any problems when Prestashop 1.7 version is released. According to William Arthur Ward “the adventure of life is to learn. In the past, with version 1.4 or 1.5 until 1.6, we always update almost template into the latest version for customer and it is totally free. However, with the changes of PS 1.7, we see that updating more than 100 template into PS 1.7 is taken a long time and in updating process, we also test and fix our bugs, after that, it will be uploaded into our official website and PS markets ( it is also caused time for validating process). We also do not know that what the FINAL version of Prestashop is. So the updating process with many steps could be seen as GREAT WALL. We had decided we would only update our template which have the stable sales and rating. Thus if you want to update your template please rate it and share it.

As other update, we also suggest customer that if your store is running fine, you do not have to change or update anything.

The important improvements in Prestashop 1.7:

- A fresh and friendly interface with user.

- Updated journey user in back office with optimized system.

- With optimized modules is simplified greatly the lobby making process.

- Create new template easily and updated interface ( templates with version 1.6 or earlier is not compatible with version 1.7)

- Introduce Symfony 2 software, there is no direct impact on the development of the module.
